過來廣州出差的，這家酒店離機場也不遠，還可以免費機場接送，昨天辦理入住的時候和前台小妹説需要接機另外一個朋友就馬上安排司機接了，服務態度很好很周到，周邊就有吃的、超市非常方便，傍晚還可以去附近濕地公園散步，很不錯！

酒店的服務非常棒，前台也非常熱情，入住期間有求必應，房間乾淨整潔，十分舒適，並且房間的各種設施一應俱全，給人一種家的感覺，滿意～往前一公里就是駿壹萬邦商場， 4樓吃的也很多， 人山人海的 ，很不錯~

裝修很新，房間空間大，整體衞生乾淨，服務人員主動熱情，酒店距離機場很近，有免費車接送，前台還有叫醒服務，預約第二天的送機時間，不必擔心趕不上航班，服務沒得説，超級贊，公司接待客户考察了周邊所有的酒店，還是昊銀凱萊最合適！

酒店的設施設備特別完善，早餐的自助餐也很不錯。進門大堂有飲料茶吧機，前台服務時效性很高，送物品一個電話2分鐘就送到了，跟前台人員對話也很温柔，果斷快速辦理入住，交通便利，吃住方便，還有去機場免費的班車，五星好評
