第一次來廣大商務服裝城出差，人生地不熟，剛好住到了這家有温度的酒店，前台服務員小鐘很熱情的介紹了周邊的洗浴、美食與商場，原來商場由大岡牌坊進去走路也幾百米而已，工作之餘盡情的吃喝玩樂，這次差旅給我留下了一個美好的回憶！

特別推薦，酒店環境超級棒，大堂壁畫金碧輝煌，客房寬敞乾淨明亮，酒店配套完善：有會議室、客房、餐廳、棋牌、沐足等。最難能可貴的是：服務員拾金不眛，不收小費！萬分感激酒店方及時告知，讓我的結婚鑽石戒指失而復得！感動加驚喜！！！下次，還會再來！！！

酒店地理位置優越，由大岡牌坊進去有許多當地小吃店。客房服務大姐很貼心，得知我感冒，主動幫我去廚房熬薑糖水。可惜在廣州衹住了一晚，我很喜歡雲海這家有温度的城市！我一定會再次光臨！

房間挺大落地玻璃窗，衞生乾淨，兩個枕頭，一硬一軟，裝修是輕奢復古，衞生間乾濕分離，熱水足夠大，床墊軟硬適中，客房服務員主動幫我擦皮靴與燙衣服，距離白雲機場打車39元。滿意加驚喜！

位置優越，門口交通便利，就是離市區有點距離，酒店設施要是配備USB充電口就好了，房間還是相對乾淨整潔，前台服務人員態度好，整體來説還不錯
