Room is not the largest out there but it's clean with good facilities. A little expensive but you are paying for the experience. Impeccable service from the staff as i had a hiccup during check in but everything was resolved amicably. Insanely good value dinner buffet, even the breakfast had good selections. Shuttle service is available within the park.

Had an awesome time at Chimelong Hotel. Loved the buffets especially the white tiger restaurant, where you get to have a close encounter with the tiger (behind a glass window of course).
Would definitely be coming back again.

Property is excellent. They have all animals inside the hotel. You can eat best to tigers/ flamingos.
Kimi at the front desk was extremely helpful.

Though the room looks a bit dated, I truly enjoy the bigger space compared to the other hotels in Chimelong. It will be good if there's shuttle service after the circus straight to the hotel. Although the circus is within walking distance to the hotel, it can be pretty tiring for old folks especially when there are a lot of stairs and having to cross the overhead bridge.

Booked the 72-m2 executive suite ( block 9 at the back) and totally worth it! Great nature themed experiences — tropical trees, swans, colorful giant parrots, flamingos and even several snow tigers are kept at the gardens in between blocks. Buildings, roads and rooms are quite new.
So close to the safari park, circus, amusement park, etc. super convenient.

Very well organize theme hotel, fast check in and rooms very spacious with bathtub. Free shuttle bus for hotel guests to the Safari park, waiting time is fast. Circus is just opposite the hotel. Bed is huge can fit in 2 adults and 1 pax comfortable. Full wide spread of Chinese/western style buffet breakfast in the white tiger restaurant. Had a good stay!

Truly amazing place. Had never thought a resort will have tigers and other animals inside the premises. Food was amazing and so was the ambience of the resort. Loved the stay. My kid enjoyed the kids play area which came as part of package.
