I called the front desk to ask, but the front desk hung up the phone. There was no courtesy at all. There will be no next time.

The hotel is about 50 meters to the left of the Provincial Women and Children's Hospital. There are many small food shops around and there are many people. It is on the left after checking in and entering the building. The hotel is on the 6th and 7th floors. It's clean, the bed is comfortable, and it's next to a viaduct, so it's relatively not noisy.
