Had an amazing experience staying at Victoria Hotel. The level of service provided by Rainy Qui was amazing. Will absolutely come again next time I visit. Room was cleanest we have been to in Guangzhou, well designed and excellent amenities. To top it all off the bed was super comfortable!!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Victoria Hotel in Tianhe, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and outstanding service. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the incredible service provided by Rainy Qui. Rainy went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. His attention to detail, genuine kindness, and willingness to assist with every request made my stay unforgettable. The rooms was immaculate and well-appointed, offering a cozy retreat after a day of business travel. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for easy access to Tianhe's vibrant attractions. The staff's professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction were evident throughout my stay. I highly recommend Victoria Hotel for anyone visiting Tianhe and look forward to returning, especially to experience Rainy's outstanding service once again.

It was very nice experience staying in this hotel, this was my 1st time in China, the staff specially Mr. Rainy Qui is outstanding and so helpful, he is extremely helpful, I felt a stay like home, it was an amazing stay. A++++++ to Mr. Rainy Qui, see you again soon.

The hotel is great! I will definitely stay here again. The only problem is that in the shower it's hard to regulate hot and cold water to make it warm.
