It’s very convenient as it’s next to metro station. However the exit to the hotel does have an escalator going up which is great just on that day we arrivals was under maintenance. It’s a long way up if you have a big luggage. The painful part is that there’s no escalator coming down to the train station except stairs. So you can image my face when I had a big luggage. Hotel staff are very friendly and check in was fast. The room and bathroom are dated. Definitely need a refurbished.

Upgraded to suite with spacious living room and bedroom. Though the hotel is old, but everything is functioning well. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

The location is very convenient—right next to the MRT exit. I've stayed at this hotel several times for that reason alone. The facilities are quite old, though it seems like some upgrades may be underway. The room itself was spacious, but the bathtub was in poor condition and the showerhead was fixed, which made it less comfortable to use.

A decent but no frills hotel that has not invested in any modernization over the past 20 to 30 years. Bathroom fan not working, old-fashioned decoration, dirty carpet, things simply breaking apart here and there: they do offer modern TVs if that matters to anyone. Overall, our stay was enjoyable.
