Very friendly and helpful staff. Able to walk to the shopping mall in 10 mins. Mainly wwnt to ski park. Nice breakfast provided.

Very nice hotel at affordable room rate.
Security to the room by using elevator with key card.
Variety of buffet-line breakfast and you can buy at 100yuan per meal per person
Highly recommend for staying and go to Sunac snow park for skiing / snowboarding

交通:很便利高速出口直走就可以到，而且週末車輛也不多，不會擁堵。
環境：鬧中取靜，有一個很大的帶湖園林，湖中有很多荷花，花開時節想必會非常絢麗。
衞生：酒店乾淨整潔，房間通風好有大陽台沒有異味，洗手間也沒有異味可以放心使用。
設施：設施齊全有餐廳、健身房、遊樂園、滑雪場可以説是非常齊全了，房間內浴缸等設施設定也是挺用心的方便好用，而且水壓暢快，洗澡很舒服。
服務：服務用心周到，客房阿姨每天都主動詢問有沒有需要更換或者添置的物品，這裏必須要提到嘉明同學，耐心介紹酒店功能，詳細告知各項活動的開始截止時間，還清晰的説明使用、預約的注意事項，末了還推薦了周圍的好吃的地方和相近的購物中心，使我節省很多時間，簡潔清晰，對酒店和酒店周邊的環境可謂是瞭如指掌，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺，需要特別感謝的是因為個人誤操作，我和我妻子分別訂了兩間不同規格的房間，嘉明為我們調整一致，省去了中途換房的折騰，非常感謝！

原來就是之前的堇山酒店呢，早餐還行吧…一般般，自助餐因為玩雪覺得餓，所以感覺還可以，洗手間有點漏水了，還有大堂的兔子還在就收走了哈哈

帶孩子來玩熱雪奇蹟和水上樂園的不二選擇，早餐很豐盛，很多都是家庭帶小朋友來的，服務很禮貌，熱帶風情的設計風格，房間設施一點不舊
