This was our second stay at the hotel. We had room 2225 for three nighta. The room was clean and cozy with nice view and tasty breakfast. There were two things that I was missing at the breakfast: tomatoes and watermelon (on the last day there was watermelon but after it was finished (very short time) it was replaced with dragon fruit.

The hotel is linked to the mall, and the location is very convenient. There is also a designated locker to store the food delivery, just outside the entrance in front of the hotel. So is convenient to order any food via app.

It met my expectations of a 5-star hotel. Additionally, location is great with walking distance to shopping areas and both the MRT and APM stations. Staffs are polite and helpful.

Great Hotel in the middle of Guangzhou. Directly above a major subway hub, sharing the building with a mall.
Hotel is older, but well maintained. Room was spacious, however, noise from the surrounding area is noticeable even on the 21th floor. The room also didn’t have a window to open, or any other kind of way to get fresh air. Great view of the stadium.
Didn’t book breakfast, as plenty of options are around. Including western options.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The environment is beautifully maintained, providing a sense of comfort and tranquility. The location is excellent, with convenient access to major attractions and transportation. The service was exceptional—professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout my stay. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of high-quality options to suit every taste. I highly recommend this hotel to discerning travelers looking for both comfort and outstanding hospitality.

Shower was full of mould. See photos below. Room was nothing special. Definitely old and run down and felt dirty. All the loft buttons were smeared and grimy. The check in was a dirty iPad. It would take the staff 2 seconds to wipe down the iPad between customers but nope. Dirty old iPad in a case that was broken and shabby. Definitely a bad first impression for front of house. Breakfast was a disgrace. I was really looking forward to the hyped Sheraton breakfast but it was really bad. Worse than shopping mall. Food was terrible. Not much selection. Plates looked like fairwood restaurant. Really not worth the money. Restaurant was smal and crowded. No one showed me to a table or got me a coffee. It was just every man for himself. This hotel should be listed as 2 star for what they offer. I will definitely not stay at another Sheraton. What a disgrace. Save your money and book a cheaper hotel nearby with better service and cleaner facilities. I paid ¥1800 for one night in this disgusting hotel. Never again.

The hotel is amazing. The Personal are very welcoming. Cool GYM with a nice view, big room. The food was tasty, especially dumplings. Outside swimming pool. I felt safe and confident. Truly recommend this this place. Thank you !🪭♥️
