the hotel very good facility is very good the location is great near subway station services good clean is good I would like to come again to stay same hotel for next time .toilet great only one problem they not use water bidet on toilet that's things I don't like .

As a family of 4 we had an amazing stay. It was my wife’s birthday and Melvin from the front desk had organised to send up a cake. We loved the spaciousness of the room, the location and the very comfortable beds. The cleaners were amazing and made our stay wonderful, they made us feel happy and relaxed during our time. The pool was massive and really lovely. Across the road there is a mall with a range of food options. We thank Melvin and Carmen and the wonderful cleaners for their warm hospitality and generous service during out stay!

We had a lovely stay here as a family! The room was big, clean, and well-maintained — plenty of space for the kids to move around. The bathroom was spotless and even had a bathtub, which was a nice bonus for winding down after a long day out. While the hotel exterior may look a little dated, don’t be put off — it’s undergoing renovations and the interior is much better than expected. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient, and the beds were super comfortable for a good night’s rest. Location-wise, it’s hard to beat: just a 5 to 8-minute walk to the train station, and surrounded by several shopping malls — perfect for food, snacks, and picking up any forgotten essentials. All in all, a practical and comfy choice for family travellers. Would definitely stay again!

We stay here for the second time. excellent location. the hotel is large, but very cozy. the pool is a little cool, but good for swimming. a cap for the pool is required. the beds are comfortable, the linens are very good. the rooms are very clean, do not smell of smoke, as in many hotels in China. We want to say a special thanx to Shirly who organized a special gift for my baby on Birthday. Thanks to her we were given a delightful cake, candles, a spatula to cut the cake, plates and forks. And we were given not just a small cake, it was a normal big cake with mango. the cake was very delightful. the hotel is super!!! the staff is very helpful!!! we will definitely come to you again!!!! Only chose this hotel because of an event. It was on the older side and had an old smell. The hallway even smelled like tar. The staff did speak English and offered to give us a larger room though which was appreciated. It's about half hour away from the airport with no traffic.

The hotel gave me an upgrade, but I wasn't comfortable staying alone in a big room, so I requested to change to the original size I'd booked. The hotel is very big, so do request rooms nearer to the lobby facing the front. The hotel definitely needs a refreshed look.
