Excellent location. Check in was seamless and and Ms Rae Liu was very helpful. Housekeeping was also very professional when helping me get back to my room after I locked myself out. She assisted to link me up with the front desk for verification.
Busy trip so I didn’t get to try the gym but breakfast has a good spread. I would likely stay there again the next time I’m back in Guangzhou.

Great hotel with slightly dated decor, but it's the best option near Guangzhou East Train Station. The staff is lovely, and the place was very clean. So close to the restaurants and KFC, ...

Rooms are huge, although a bit aged. Beware that some rooms are smelly (smokers inside before). Location is good, just 5 minutes to subway line 3/APM station connecting to the airport and downtown. Gym well equipped. Breakfast amazing!

All the good tables in the restaurant are always on standby. The staff is not friendly. The pool is drafty and the wind is constantly terrible. Everything else is fine.

We stayed at King size bed room. The room is spacy and clean. It is not 5 stars hotel. It is a bit outdated. The bathroom has dim light, harder to put makeup on. The mattress was old and too soft. Breakfast was good.
