Room was neat and clean but the hallways weren’t. The curtains were dirty
Even though it was a non-smoking room, the room occasionally smelled of cigarettes because of the common exhaust system across rooms.
They have clean towels and sheets though. The room was also promptly cleaned by the cleaning person in the morning.
Customer service was excellent. The receptionists were very helpful. The lady/chef in the breakfast room prepared eggs and additional food for me even though I was late (had gone after the breakfast time).

I am amazed that this rubbish hotel can be called a hotel. The environment is seriously inconsistent with the promotional photos. The room smells sour, the ceiling is moldy, and the water stains in the toilet make me want to vomit. The air conditioner smells really disgusting. Guangzhou is an international metropolis. If any international friend comes here, I don't know how they will slander China. If I was not too tired in the middle of the night, I would change hotels and consider filing a complaint with the industrial and commercial and health depar**ents.
