乾乾淨淨的環境，來了很有住家裡的感覺，空調有一台大電視，躺在沙發上看電視，太舒服了，衞生打掃的很乾凈，整體感覺很不錯，附近有吃有喝的，隔個幾百米就是那個布料市場，交通方便。

入住了四天，體驗確實很nice。。交通方便，樓下就是地鐵站，公交車也很多的。。小區鬧中取靜，樓不臨街，晚上休息好。。樓下飲食應有盡有，吃喝都很方便的。。美女老闆熱情周道，有耐心，下次到廣州還選咱家啊❤️

真心不錯
✨[進入房間第一眼]有我舅婆家舊房子的味道，進來就想到她了，老房子嘎吱嘎吱門打開，裏面牆壁是新刷的很乾凈，擺設也很好，整體包括廁所都超級乾淨啊啊啊啊！當然傢俱是舊舊的但不會給人很臟兮兮的感覺，嗚嗚想舅婆了好安心

💡[民宿給我的小驚喜]舒服的床^_^備考很愉快，有書桌可以複習❤️躺沙發上休息也很舒服～～
📍[對於周邊的便利度，我要説]新開了一家超市，東西不錯，買了些草莓吃！好喜歡方便新鮮的水果💕瑞幸古茗星巴克必勝客大家樂麥當勞茶理宜世啥都有🤨
🛏[房屋設施我一定要提]如果硬要挑剔的話就是房間裏可能偶爾會有一兩衹壞蚊子，建議是再加配個電蚊拍？或者是自行去商場買蚊怕水～然後附近有新的建築在裝修，可能會有裝修噪音。（但是睡眠沒那麼敏感的完全可以放心！夜裡是很安靜的，這裏相比於中大附近其他酒店靠近路邊、住客大鬧那種安靜好多了，擔心的可以買一副耳塞喔，最近下着雨所以都很好睡）

入住體驗很棒，樓下走幾分鐘就是地鐵站，非常便利。
在這裏住了六天，第一天剛到發現網絡有點問題，房東很快就給解決了。
住民宿實現洗衣自由這一點我真是非常地喜歡～陽台空間很大。
最後一天收拾東西時不小心把小熊貓玩偶頭上的髮夾搞斷了，房東很奈斯，沒有讓我們賠償。
後面有需要還會選擇住這裏～

房東美女態度很好，來之前説了注意事項，還幫忙介紹。房間法式，很温馨。沙發很大可以住。離輕紡城很近，性價比很高。樓下各種吃的、感覺很方便。已推薦給朋友。

房間位置很好，廣交會價格也沒有漲，那是相當實惠了。一路平坦，入户有電梯，對拉箱子非常友好。周圍美食很多，外賣方便。房間設施齊全，洗衣做飯，衞生乾淨整齊。
