Nice apartment on 20nd floor of 30 floor building, near of Pazhou Exhibition Center .

Pay attention, entrance is on the back of the building, east side. Not easy to find, but easy communication with the manager and room was bigger than the average standard.

Entrance to the hotel behind the tall building with tiny paths, no signs, no reception or sign of a hotel at the 1st floor. Front desk is in the 7th floor and it's really strange there (7th floor). The room was not so bad, but cleanness is 7/10, even I was happy after this experience with reception. No smells, no noises from neighbor rooms, noise comes from the street. Location is very close to metro station

I like the many hangers and washing machines the most. It's really convenient for family travel. There is a pool on the balcony, where you can wash fruits and so on. Although it's close to the road, it's good to close the windows and sliding doors.

The location may be a little hard to find for unfamiliar people, but the boss was very helpful and helped with directions. I went there because of the pink tatami background in the comments. I forgot to tell the boss at first, but he changed the room very quickly after the explanation. It was really nice~ The room also has a balcony, microwave, and washing machine.
