A、B格是一個房間的上下兩層小房間。所有的鎖都是密碼鎖，最外面的大門（密碼鎖）直接就能推開，根本鎖不上。 房間小隔音差就不説了，門框整個掉下來就靠牆那麼放着，熱水器那裡還有一個不知道幹什麼的小隔間，裏面又是壞了的椅子又是空啤酒瓶子、臟毛巾，十足的膈應人。 門店特別狹小，前台外面堆滿了紙箱子，什麼床單毛巾之類的東西都漏在外面，很難想象這是直接給人用的。 前台的服務態度也很差。縮在電腦後麪玩手機，問什麼都愛搭不理；前台和住的房間不在一起，問怎麼走就坐在那裡抬了個手，繞了一圈再回去問才能好好説話；讓他換房間也不肯換，説我們中午辦了入住晚上就換不了了，東拉西扯半天才説他會扣錢。給他加錢總算能換了，結果第二個房間鎖也是壞的。 連夜跑路。這兩百塊錢就當打發叫花子了懶得再跟他扯皮。 當時沒想到它能這麼爛，衹拍了這一張。連安全和衞生都不能保證！不想做生意就不要做！

入住體驗：很差 總結，三次奔波，換來很差的體驗感。 這是我第二次入住這家酒店，第一次感覺還行，這一次真是失望透頂。 我們購買的是B格大床房（附圖一），最開始前台給開的第一個房間一進去發現和軟件上提供的圖片不符（附圖二），分明是特惠房樣式，於是我去詢問前台，他説這就是我們定的那種類型，因為房間裏的床是1.5的，而特惠房的是1.3。換張床就能把特惠房改成大床房嗎？我提供一個證明是特惠房的證據——從特惠房的圖片是看是很小的沒有沙發的房間，而這間房內的確衹有一把椅子。還有廁所是透明的玻璃門還沒有簾子，那麼如果是能夠住兩個人的B格大床房，就算是很親的人一起住，這樣毫無遮掩的廁所是不是也太開放了？但如果是提供給一個人住的特惠房，那的確不需要簾子。我們訂的是有沙發的且比特惠房略大的房間而不是你換一張床就能敷衍應付的。 然後我就這件事和前台反應，他説是老闆安排的，我想他也是打工人不想為難於是同他拿了老闆的微信號，想與老闆聊聊這個問題，結果發了兩次驗證消息沒有得到回覆，甚至連在驗證消息那裡回覆一下也沒有，早知道應該拿電話號碼打過去，或者撥打12315。那天很晚了我不想繼續糾纏浪費時間，前台説如果要換成B格大床房圖片上那種要補差價（附圖三），最後衹好補了給我換房間。我不知道這是不是他們假期先低價售賣然後貨不對板再通過補差價斂財的手段。 前台給我換到了第二個房間，我一進去就發現沒有收拾（附圖四）向前台再次反映，他表示驚訝，隨後給我更換了房間。最後第三個房間換成了在A格，總算符合要求，沒有什麼大問題，就是廁所洗手池和馬桶裏污垢蠻多的，還有洗澡洗稍微久一點水就冷了。 房間衞生：差 地上全是灰；洗澡時發現淹水了，廁所通水口板子掀開裏面全是頭髮，自己動手處理了沒拍照；衹有遇水就發臭的、循環利用過很多次的塑膠拖鞋，沒有一次性拖鞋，沒有梳子，沒有一次性洗衣液，需要自帶；紙巾全是廁紙，介意的自帶面巾紙。

房間很臟，牆上地上到處發黴或是污漬痕跡。廁所很多小蟲，馬桶蓋也沒弄乾凈。最誇張的是水壺裡竟然有之前房客留下來的水，證明保潔根本沒洗水壺。
