The floor is rotten, there is smoke/heat sensation, the glass in the shower room is moldy, the window guardrails are rusty and the power plug is not working. In one sentence, the house price is not worth it.

The room is large with three beds. I live on the 37th floor and can overlook the night view of the city below. It is very close to the subway station, a three-minute walk, and convenient for travel. There are business districts around. There is a convenience store downstairs.
