住酒店、旅館這麼多次第一次差評！！！
我自認脾氣和包容度都很好，而且入住時打電話聽到是個挺温柔的小姐姐也不想為難她，所以入住時有一堆毛病我也忍了沒想要差評，態度也一直温和。
但最後客服一直不回覆無視我真的感覺非常不禮貌！沒有對客人有一點重視和尊重，才決定寫下這篇評價。
1一進門感覺裝修和衞生都不錯（雖然跟圖片有出入）。結果打開冰箱就看到一衹蟑螂在裏面亂竄，還有沒清理乾淨的一灘飲料/醬汁！！
2躺上床聯繫客服希望明天能來清理下，然後就聞到床子有酸臭味，比較像汗酸味那種！而客服提出給我換房的解決方法，還算滿意所以沒追究，第二間房被子也沒有酸臭味了。
3後面的房間裏，發現沙發角落還有別的顧客遺留的藍牙耳機。
4桌子摸上去有灰塵感
5床單鋪得很不牢固，就是薄薄一層鋪着，睡一會就會露出下面床墊。
6客服最後一直不回覆很沒禮貌。
我不知道是不是不打算做了所以如此敷衍，但我衹能説真的非常糟糕。

酒店房間的地方很寬闊同時熱水也比較大，洗澡的時候比較舒適，另外酒店裡麪的電視也採用的是高清的液晶電視，晚上睡不着的時候能夠享受跟私人影院一樣的視覺效果。位置優越交通便利，條地鐵站出門幾分鐘就走到了。酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，住得很舒服。服務也很好，很主動，熱情。，個人覺得性價比蠻高

到地鐵口應該是要十分鐘，房間還是很可以的，多花了幾十塊要了輕奢房型，應該是樓層高視野很好，很舒服

設施：房間的WIFI有問題，始終沒修好，但房間裏其他設備還好。
衞生：衞生方面沒什麼問題
環境：樓下有很多吃的
