房間非常差特別睡到床頭那個燈執照的頭部到天亮！蚊子又多毛巾圍巾全是舊的！刷牙的水杯都沒有都沒有！反正我不會來這種地方，我不知道推薦的酒店是這麼差的！令我最失望的酒店就是這個

衞生真的很不乾淨，房間窗户開關有問題，根本就光不了名字是一個有問題的，加上我定的是一個豪華版，然後給我這麼差的一間，然後我説要換房，態度雖極其惡劣，還要讓顧客等她忙完，好歹我也是花錢的。正常我們入住酒店，帶朋友進去待一兩分鐘是沒問題的，待沒一會兒就趕着讓我們朋友走，累了一天，本來就想好好休息，還遇到這種事情

前台服務真的極差 自己先登記住進去 朋友來找 説要登記 結果前台系統問題 登不了 也不讓進 一直外面等 説有身份證照片 也不行 身份證號也不行 説讓先進去 等前台弄好系統 在出來登記 也不同意 就要一直在外面等 真的是死腦筋 主要是溝通態度也不好 前台的問題 結果浪費客户時間 ！

我叫連住了兩晚，因有事要取消訂單，酒店自己寫着8點前免費取消，然而下午6點取消卻説要扣取全部的費用，這樣不是**？你8點前取消不了就不應該這樣寫出來，而應提前跟消費者説明，沒入住，扣取全部費用，你們就是這樣**的？千萬別去這家酒店，隔音差，杯子又臟，還有頭髮，被子全是掉地上的印記，阿姨説酒店不打掃的，如果打掃要給3元錢，所以他們的的酒店可想而知有多不講衞生，門把鎖壞了，洗手盆也漏水，空調也漏水，各種問題，這種酒店，擺明的**
