為了參加國家聯考訂的酒店，這個公寓真的不是好的選擇，二樓是棋牌桌球室，半夜不停有嘈雜碰撞聲，周邊有火車站，火車的聲音太吵了，附近環境亂糟糟的，一個像樣的餐廳都沒有，一整個晚上都沒睡着……房間有味道，反正就是不值三四百

特別好，乾淨衞生。房間特別大，設施齊全。大力推薦，有需要可以預訂。地鐵站就幾百米。就在地鐵附近。設施齊全。

非不得已別住這家。。。因為考點在附近才定的這家，離航海學院確實很近，步行10min左右，離地鐵站也很近步行5min左右。但是！真的吵的受不了！靠着馬路大卡車轟隆隆的，附近還有棋牌室，半夜一兩點鐘還在搓麻將，那些阿叔阿嬸大聲嚷嚷還有麻將機轟隆隆的聲音，戴了降噪耳機才勉強睡着！房間衞生也很一般，進門就一股黴味！地上都是牆灰，下水道有點反味！房間燈光很昏暗，所以建議不得已得來這住的帶上耳塞和小枱燈（要學習的話）ps：這家店考前好幾天就漲價至少一半。。

房間裏面沒有水需要自己在樓下便利店買，晚上隔音效果不好有打麻將和大車經過的聲音。如果睡眠質量不好的人慎重選擇。房間進去有一股發黴的味道而且空調噪音大又臟。空調應該是沒有清洗過所以效果不好。有潔癖的人慎重選擇。目前為止我住過同等價位環境衞生最差的酒店了吧。
設施：插頭插不穩
衞生：有很多小碎屑
環境：如果是自己一人入住建議來早一點，距離地鐵站還是遠的而且太晚感覺很害怕。
