老闆娘太難説話，不靈活。下午1點退房，因為有事跟她溝通1：30退房看行不。給予回覆不行，要加錢10元，直接堵住客人沒法溝通了。
因參加消防考試，不是看網上顯示評分還不錯，不會選擇這家。
旅館正常退房時間要麼12點，要麼14點。客人真有事都可以稍微延遲退房。
建議其他人蔘加考試的選擇消防總隊大門口那一家旅館。

第二次入住這家公寓了，李消防考場很近，就十幾米，商家服務很好，下午2點考試，給續到1點半左右退房，挺滿意的

性價比還是很高的，房間可以，陽台朝南，光學不錯，衞生還行，老闆人態度都很好。樓下都是吃的用的都齊全，打車也方便。過來考試的，中級一把過啦！祝大家過來考試的小夥伴們都順順利利，一把過！

這次住的四樓環境還不錯，就是蚊子有些多，總體還是可以的，是過去考試的，走過去考場也很方便，設施基本都齊全。

優勢衹有一個：靠近廣東省消防考試鑒定站，住宿一晚，第二天走路 200 米左右到鑒定站。
周邊餐飲都是棚户區，衞生一般，吃飽肚子沒問題，吃好，吃口味，附近沒有。樓下沒有停車位，主要是離廣州北站很近，打車 20 塊錢左右。

房間設施齊全，衞生很乾凈。樓下想吃啥有啥很方便，離消防考試鑒定站也很近，走路幾分鐘就到。中級一把過，不枉費兩年的排隊等待👍👍👍
