HanTing Hotel (Guangzhou Tianhe Bus Station)

I stayed there twice. The first time, there was a sanitary napkin under the trash can. The second time, there was some hair and dirt on the bathroom floor. The door handle was still a little greasy. I called and only got some fruit and milk as compensation. I called and complained to Ctrip before they refunded 80 yuan. They said Hanting would refund 20 yuan, but I don't know where it is. In short, this Hanting is the worst I've ever stayed in. The hygiene is not good at all. I've seen the rooms on the second floor and they are quite dusty.

1. There is a smell of cigarette smoke as soon as you enter the room, which cannot be dissipated. 2. I live in a room with inner windows. I don't understand the design. As shown in the picture, there is a corridor outside the room, which is connected to other rooms. So if I am not there during the day, I dare not open the window for ventilation, which cannot guarantee the safety of my property. I have to check whether the window is locked every time I go to bed at night. 3. The sound insulation is very poor. If the neighbor is talking a little louder, you can hear it clearly. You can also hear people passing by in the corridor. 4. Invoicing is very complicated. The front desk said that invoices can only be issued through a third-party platform, but the bill given by the hotel does not match the amount of the third-party invoice, which is very troublesome.

Stayed for two nights in a twin room, average price 333. First of all, the room was really old, the floor was tattered and several bricks were missing. Although there was a balcony, it had never been cleaned and was extremely dirty. Later, I heard from the room service lady that this hotel has been open for more than ten years and this is a hard and fast condition that cannot be changed. The front desk changed me to a new room. Although the floor was better, there was only one plug in the room, which was the plug on the bedside table. There was only one plug, and it was not enough for a twin room. The plugs under and next to the table were broken, there were no plugs in the bathroom, and the mirror had a makeup light but it didn't light up. And the next day, the housekeeper cleaned the room in a perfunctory manner. She just put the quilt back on the bed and took away the garbage in the trash can. The other bottles that fell on the floor were not cleared up either, the mess on the table was not tidyed up either, the hair on the bed was still there, the floor was not swept or mopped. Although the hotel has been open for more than ten years, it is completely understandable that the equipment cannot keep up, but the room cleaning is also so perfunctory. I have stayed in Hanting hotels in Xiamen, Shenzhen and Changsha, and they were all cheaper than this price. Other Hanting hotels are clean, tidy, and attentive without any shortcomings. Although this one is also a Hanting, it is worse than a 100-yuan hotel. The only advantage is that the service at the front desk is very attentive, responsive and gentle. The room change is also very timely, but there is nothing else that is acceptable. I will not stay here again.
