not much enough of my expectation. I feel disappointed when I get the room and It is so far away from the 廣州東火車站. I feel lost when I get off the train and need to pay more money from the station to the hotel.

酒店環境很好，而且也很乾凈，大品牌也值得信賴，如果有入住的話，直接來這家。酒店的環境和工作人員都非常得好，真的非常感謝，如果下次來廣州玩的話，我還要來這家。

酒店房間擁擠，靠近馬路邊，衞生間區域一進去一股黴臭味，令人想吐，一次性拖鞋包裝還有不明液體，黏手………衞生令人咋舌，最後還發現垃圾桶旁邊有個蟑螂🪳…送拖鞋來的阿姨説今天剛噴完殺蟑螂的…估計就是悶死的…一個勁説沒事的…衹能説不想有下次了，這個酒店真的一般

房間還不錯，就是比較小，但是麻雀雖小五臟俱全所有設施都比較方便，房間都是無窗的裏面有一點門前台酒店姐姐的服務態度很好。有飲料礦泉水和零食都可以取，晚上有東西要放冷藏，冰箱前台也幫忙去放，然後第二天直接打電話就可以送到客房，總之居住體驗是不錯的，就是房間通風要改進一下
隔音也很不錯，基本上聽不見外面的聲音
酒店的地理位置很不錯，旁邊有很多好吃的東西離地鐵站也比較近，總之吃飯是比較方便
