很滿意。吧枱服務員很熱情，贊一個。另處攜程的司機特別好，在我與第一家住宿拒住的情況下，一直等我們把住宿問題解決後，送我們在攜程安排的酒店住好後，才離去。攜程處理問題的服務員的積極也特別感謝。

基本沒有服務，衞生間的燈是壞的，一整晚關不上，房間裏一股味道，就是下樓右手邊有商場，吃飯比較方便。

訂了兩間標間，這個價格的話對環境是不敢有什麼要求的，起碼要求是設施安全，衞生等。結果，進去第一間房間，浴室堵塞，洗澡水直接灌到房間裏面。店家給的反應是不願意換，最後讓我找店長溝通後才換了房間。結果換了房間的那個馬桶是堵的，準確來説是流水很慢，上完廁所沖水沖不下去，具體就不給圖片了，略微重口味。最後綜合比較來説，這個價位在客村商圈來説，是非常高性價比的，畢竟出門5分鐘就是麗影廣場，客村地鐵站了。

從來沒住過這麼差勁的酒店，當晚十一點多入住安排了一間濃郁煙味的房間，一刷卡進去房間的燈都是亮着的，燈也是開着的，加上煙味還以為有人在裏面住着呢，刺鼻的煙味讓人無法入睡就算了，準備熄燈睡覺的時候才發現廁所的燈是無法關閉的！簡直了！！！第二天立馬換酒店跑路，哦對了淋浴間的熱水也是控制不了的，這樣的房間真的避雷！！！周邊還有其他同價位酒店比這裏乾淨多了起碼不會有一股濃濃的煙味等着你，前台還以無窗房間為由説這是正常的？？！床頭插座是無法插進充電的，洗涼房和沙發是發黴的，進來是一股煙味的，廁所燈是沒法關的。拜託住過這麼多酒店就算無窗也沒這麼離譜吧，特別是女孩子千萬別訂這家酒店，吸一晚上二手煙真的醉了

想着就住一晚湊合一下，設備比較簡陋，但用着還可以，至少淋浴的花灑水壓水量水温都比較穩定。其他的就一般了，雙床房床頭衹有一個二孔插座，還很鬆充電不能碰，一碰插頭就掉了。房間都在二樓，沒有電梯，隔音不是非常好。
最無語的是房間的吹風機是壞的，看着風筒裏有很多灰，一使用巨響，都有點擔心安全問題，但是響了幾秒就沒反應了，電話跟前台溝通，前台第一反應説是不是我使用時間過長，後來又讓我直接找在搞衞生的阿姨，阿姨聽了後也一直説是我吹太久，真用過吹風機的話我頭髮還濕漉漉滴水？搞得是我的問題一樣…
