首先説一下前台服務很好很周到，酒店也比較考慮的比較周到，夏天比較熱前台備了飲料製冰機這點不得不説是真的很不錯的，房間還放了咖啡浴巾毛巾都是獨立包裝的很衞生帶小孩子的還配了小童牙刷和拖鞋，這個價位的能有這些配置是真的很好了之前住過很多酒店價格比這個高都沒有這些，這次來廣州很好的一次人住體驗

休假去遊玩幾天，酒店附近離玩的地點近，去了趟廣州塔，地鐵站就在旁邊，坐地鐵轉兩個站不到半小時，前台服務熱情周到，提出的問題都能用心解決，環境整體温馨幽靜，房間衞生整潔。住過最滿意的一次，下次還會選擇。

性價比挺高的，房間衞生挺乾淨的，假期出來玩選這個酒店主要離地鐵站挺近的，方便出行，酒店前台人挺好的，入住的時候跟前台説不要那麼吵的房間，給我們升級了大點的房間，有機會下次再來！

來廣州出差第一次入住這家酒店，衹能説很方便，特別是出行，離地鐵口就十幾米，旁邊就有碼頭可以遊船，衹能説非常好，這次體驗，衞生也特別乾淨，前台服務很熱情，早餐也挺豐盛的，

第二次住他們家了 還是這麼熱情好客、每次來都好評房間乾淨 對顧客安全保障 每次進出都巡問 很有安全感、周邊吃的有方便距離北京路就兩個地鐵站而且出酒店30米就是地鐵口真的不要太方便 去東山口，體育西也是兩三個站 如果想要交通方便他們家必選之一關鍵是服務是真的好，前台靚仔靚女可以當導遊那種有問必答簡直太好了

這家酒店非常乾淨，裝修也是很明亮的，因為整家酒店禁煙，所以完全沒有異味，這點對咽喉容易不適的我來説特別重要。服務很好，路上遇到保潔阿姨，她們會主動幫忙拿行李，從前線到後勤，人員的素質都很高。設施比較新，全部沒有故障。
