I didn't have high expectations for this budget hotel, but we decided to pay extra for an upgrade to the business room. The promotional picture of the room displayed four pillows, but upon entering the room, we discovered there were only two pillows on the bed. We approached the service desk to request an additional pair of pillows, as advertised, but unfortunately, they declined our request. This misleading advertising was truly disappointing. ☹️
