We had a nice stay in this hotel, the reception team is very friendly and helps with anything. They offer water everyday which we appreciated as well as free laundry and room amenities (shampoo, soap, etc.) The room has been cleaned everyday which was nice. We also got a room with window even though we booked without so we were pleased about that.
Overall nice room with good location, there is metro and bus stop very close which can get you anywhere you need. And plenty of places to eat. Fresh market right under the hotel.
Some downsides: the windows are not double glazed so you can hear some noise from the street, not a lot but a little yes. The hotel need a bit of touch up in terms of repairs, I think the pictures taken are not 100% accurate to how the hotel, especially the common areas look like. And lastly maybe a sign downstairs by the lift in english mentioning the hotel lobby is on the 4th floor.

The hotel was so convenient near the subway and many places to eat are just nearby , the staff were so helpful and nice. I would always come back here

Well, not to sure what to say about the hotel, perhaps just happened to my room or me...I hope the hotel will improve it the service in the future :-)

Unexpectedly, I got an upgrade. My room is very spacious and the location is good only few steps away from train station and bus station. The restaurants and eateries around the area are cheaper and more delicious compared to the Beijing Road which is more expensive thats why I eat first around the area befoge going to the attractions.

Reasonably clean, friendly, close to plenty of eateries, and subway. It's alright for the price, but don't then expect 5 or even 3-star accommodations. Heck, it's a clean bed and toilet, don't stay in the hotel room when on holiday!!!
