房間非常舊，床還會吱吱響，空調又不涼快，那個廁所洗手盤的櫃子非常破爛，沙發都沾滿了灰，都不知道多久沒人住了，住過最差得酒店，不應該叫酒店，應該叫賓館。還有我白天看的是220元，晚上訂居然還要282。

這種酒店3⭐是怎麼評出來的，酒店沒有一次性拖鞋，無線網用不了，廁所洗手枱破破爛爛，整個環境很糟糕！

不得不説天河的酒店就是貴，這家酒店性價比偏低，室內環境很普通，距離魚珠地鐵站1公里多，吃飯得過馬路，過馬路得走一段上天橋，挺麻煩的，因為出差沒辦法。附近有核酸點。

加錢也沒有早餐，房間是比較大，但是床上的最基本衞生都沒有搞好，床單上老是頭髮多多，床單上污垢多多，電燈有壞的，電視機能看的節目寥寥無幾，無聊的，沒有電視機頂盒。感覺不好。體驗感不好。

備註:你們酒店一樓旁邊那個便利店銷售假煙，大多數都是銷售買給入住酒店的客人，我購買了兩包都是假的，去在他還是説我們不可能買假煙，酒店的客人都是在我們這購買的，酒店跟我們一起的😂😂😂希望酒店一樓不要這樣的商家，讓入住酒店客人感受非常不好，影響酒店名義！

酒店的位置很好找，就在馬路邊，門口就是公交站，出門也方便，旁邊還有個廣場，還可以逛一下，酒店的服務這塊很熱情的，很滿意的，前台的小姐姐很親和，房間的衞生也做的不錯，疫情防控做得很到位
