Orange Hotel (Guangzhou Zengcheng Wanda Plaza)

The hotel is quite clean and sanitary. There is breakfast in the morning. The geographical location is two kilometers away from Wanda and one kilometer away from Donghuicheng. I communicated with the front desk about the room type upgrade service, and then the room I opened seemed to be the same room type and there was no change. Overall, it was not bad.

The front desk service attitude is terrible. Who are they showing their disapproval to? They don't know how to adapt. I was woken up when I was sleeping. The room was very noisy. When I came back from playing, I heard the front desk say that they would not repair the TV for the ordinary double bed room because it was an ordinary double bed room and I had to upgrade the room to use the TV. I was really speechless.

The room was very nice and satisfying, and the supplies were very exquisite: orange kettle, tissue paper, toothpaste... There is a free parking lot at the back... The waiter was also very considerate and professional. The breakfast was very rich...

This year, for work reasons, I have stayed here for the fourth time. The reason for choosing this place many times is that it is close, and I can rest until 2 o'clock in the afternoon before leaving. When checking in this time, the front desk clerk asked to see the Ctrip order (this was not the case in the previous three times). After looking at it, he said that I could stay until 12 o'clock the next day. Recently, due to the system upgrade, following the Huazhuhui official account to register as a member can delay check-out until 2 o'clock in the afternoon. There were obviously no such requirements before, and every time I could delay check-out until 2 o'clock in the afternoon. This time it was just an excuse to ask for personal information in disguise. Requiring consumers to register as members can only be said to be a system downgrade, not an upgrade, because it does not serve consumers, and it also reduces the service of delayed check-out, and consumers need to complete a cumbersome registration procedure. In the end, I chose to stay only until 12 o'clock and not register as a member. I will have a business trip in Zengcheng later, but I will not choose this hotel again because of this requirement.

Excellent chain hotel, polite and friendly, free parking lot, takeout is also very fast, and the location is convenient. The room is clean and hygienic, worth recommending.
