Compared to the prices in tourist areas, it’s quite reasonable. The overall condition of the room is okay, but the cleanliness could be better. I even found a cockroach in the room

The location is not bad, quite close with MRT walking about 5mins, the thing that need to improve only the cleanliness, it is so many dust especially under the bed, and whenever i ask for clean the room, seems they didn’t change the bedsheet, because i found so many hair still left there, it seems they only change the towel and tidy the blanket. Not going back for next time but definitely recommended for those who seek cheap hotel with strategic location. The reception desk also quite helpful eventhough they didnt talk english well.

Room was smelly and dirty, a lot of stains on the cupboards and even bed.
Asked to change to a new one, he gave me one with very bad mould toilet. Asked to change another and it looked 1/2 refurbished with slabs of concrete all over the floor.
Convenient though.

This was the worst hotel we have ever booked. The carpeting for the hallways were very dirty & stained and the smell was so bad that my wife had to spray the room with deodorizer. There are no amenities at all. Also be aware that the toilet and the shower share the same floor so if you use the toilet the floor will be wet from showering. I should have asked to see the room beforehand and should have canceled my reservation immediately. We decided later that evening it’s not worth staying in after all: After checking another hotel while we were enjoying the city, we decided to book at the other hotel. We decided to take a loss on the staying the night at the Meiye Hotel and checked out without staying the night. I don’t even know how they received a 4 stars rating (should be 1star @ most).
