I had a fantastic experience with this accomodation. The location was very good, it was easy to get everywhere. Communication was very smooth, from easy check-in to assistance. One cool detail was the washing machine and that they provided wash liquid. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. Would always book it again when in Guangzhou. Even though it‘s in a vibrant area, it‘s very quiet inside the apartment.

The service attitude of the woman in charge completely compensates for the shortcomings of the apartments. Her diligence and eagerness to help made my stay very pleasant and she can be commended for it!
The apartments themselves need maintenance. Tiles need to be regrouted, some pieces need to be updated and the kitchens need to be fitted with basic equipment (or offer it to rent or borrow from the office).
Overall it was a great stay at a very reasonable price in a good location. Thank you!
There are also fresh dumplings and XiaoLongBao downstairs early mornings, I highly recommend it!

The room is in good condition, furniture is normal, there is a kitchen, microwave, washing machine, kettle. In the shower new plumbing. The landlady is very friendly and always happy to help. Cleaning rooms, towels change, bottle water every day. There are many cafes and shops nearby. The famous Tower is about 20 minutes ' walk.

The hotel does not look like the picture. very old and dirty. The mattress at the head of the bed was even moldy, the toilet door was rusty, and the hotel water was very itchy. I requested to get the same room as I booked but the Hotel's response was Unsatisfactory. The most important thing was not being able to sleep because there were so many mosquitoes, I was up all night.
The hotel room is difficult to find, but the receptionist doesn't come down to welcome guests. If you don't know Chinese, you won't be able to find it
Because I got off the train too late, the hotel refused to change rooms. I couldn't sleep all night.

It is very convenient to drive to the Eye Hospital. There is a charging station opposite the first floor. The room has a large bay window, a separate bathroom, a wide view, good front desk service, and free luggage storage.
