房間也不錯，住了幾天還是比較舒服的，離地鐵有點距離，吃飯倒是很方便的，需要提箱子上去哦，沒有電梯，前台菇涼不錯

酒店位置還挺好找的，門口有幾個停車位，方便停車。房間設施齊全，床單被罩都是新換的，床墊很軟，睡的舒服

出差廣州定了南站很近的這家，提前跟前台聯繫到站時間，前台小姑娘安排了司機接送到入住，十分方便。房間也很乾凈，下次出差還會繼續住這裏噠。

房間很乾凈舒服，距離地鐵站也近，還能包接送到南站，我們提前一個晚上定的第二天早上六點要去南站，司機也會來敲門提醒我們到時間了，服務態度真的很好，下次還會來住的

因為堵車錯過高鐵時間臨時定的房
優點：便宜，離廣州南站近
缺點：房間地板有毛髮（礦泉水掉到床頭撿起來纏了頭髮和灰塵）。
旁邊有夜宵檔（半夜全是炒菜聲，聲音很大，還有空調外機聲也是）。
接送服務已取消，攜程上面訊息應該沒更新。
前台人員態度非常差，還老是離開前台，根本找不到人，電話也打不通。
入住時不告知是，自助退房，牆上面貼的自助退房的告示和一堆其他告示貼在一起，佔比低於六分之一面積，根本看不清，結果找不到客服人員退房差點誤了高鐵（客服人員出現以後還氣勢洶洶的來説我，瞪着我）。
這輩子最差勁的居住體驗
