環境不錯，附近就是奧園廣場，購物，吃飯，交通都很方便。房間不小，住着舒適，價格適宜。是個不錯的選擇。

不提供停車，説商業區！停車超級貴！凌晨停，第二天走就32塊！公寓改造的房間，不過實在差，周邊估計都難找第二家這麼差的！床墊是劣質產品，多少年沒睡過酒店是這麼劣質的床墊，不平的，彈簧還會頂背磕背的，睡着比睡木板還難受！衞生間的設備破爛不堪，花灑頭是破爛的，出水四處噴，座廁沖水按鈕不會自己彈起來。房間空調不是對着床是對着牆，開一晚上那房間也不見得靚！電視機，房間客廳的都是擺設，沒電視節目的，因為機頂盒沒繳費！房間電視更是擺設！再就是隔音，窗外的行車等聲音，房間裏面全聽到！隔音差的無法説！
