The check out experience was very poor. Not friendly or pleasant at all. If they behave like ‘we don’t care’ no guests will come back.
The location is very good and quite central. Easy access to Guangzhou East railway station, taxi and public busses.

該酒店地理位置很好，離林和西地鐵不遠，周邊商業區很多，在新疆大廈裏面。客房設施相對較陳舊，總體還很滿意。

在附近公幹，再次選擇入住新疆大廈的容錦酒店，事情順利，入住方便，房間乾淨衞生，西北式的早餐也能吃飽了，出行也十分方便。

房間，被子，枕頭，窗簾，充滿煙味，味道濃得要緊，前台說無房可換，給後並沒有任何跟進，唯有自行找房務更換所有床單被鋪，再自行買空氣淨化噴霧使用才能勉強入住。另外，早餐可以不買，食物種類少，9點半後，所有食物直接收走，事前並沒有任何提示，9點後可以不用入場
