room is clean. front desk is polite and help everything. cozy. breakfast is little boring. if u stay here u have little far from metro but i use taxi 11 yuan to metro its ok for me. or i just use bicycle or bike. there is nothing to complain about.

和媽媽去長隆野生動物園玩兒就住在這裏，打車挺近的，早上在這簡單吃一點直接去遊玩也很方便。

酒店非常的好，地理位置不錯，用各種打車app到地鐵口，不到2位數就能實現。
酒店外觀：很有科技感，尤其是在晚上，特別的好看。
環境：非常的乾淨整潔，進入大門口就有展示的酒店用品。
服務：前台都很有耐心，為你解答各種問題。
我們住在6樓家庭房，房間挺大，床也夠大，3人行完全沒有問題。早餐也很不錯，挺豐盛的。

衞生：衞生間和房間挺乾淨的。
環境：周圍很安靜，比之前訂過的酒店安靜很多，周圍還有挺多吃的地方，但沒有KTV那種所以不吵鬧。
設施：衞生間還有防滑墊 很人性化，很不錯！
服務：很貼心，有問題打前台電話隨時會解決。

下午三點到酒店的，酒店告知目前無法辦理入住，需要等一個多小時。不懂什麼酒店需要這麼晚才能入住！好不容易等到可以入住了，房間地上全部都是水漬，衞生間味道太大，地上還有沒有清掃乾淨的糕點。空調半夜噼裏啪啦，以為是塑料熱脹冷縮產生的，早上起床發現原來是線路問題，電視機旁的燈也是不停閃。總之不推薦，建議商家檢查下電線線路問題。

這種破房間一晚上也敢要這麼貴，要不是寫着離長隆一點幾公里，要不是過年飯館都不開門，想着他家有早餐，我是絕對不會訂這裏的。
真的太破爛了，圖一，被子上的血跡，就問你惡不噁心，還好意思給我們鋪上，自己都不看嗎！
圖二，這是保潔人員打掃完的房間，看看衞生間的一地頭髮，那你進我房間幹啥來了？
房子小到啥程度，幾乎於進門脱鞋上炕，且就是自建房，毫不隔音，吵得人無法睡。説是有早點，很簡單罷了！過年期間，吃飽就行不計較了。餐具還不乾淨。
因為過年，周邊什麼都沒開門，問保潔多要兩瓶水，保潔説，續住才給，我説續住我們住兩天，人家説：那明天才能給！可真有你的！！！
哪來的好評真不知道。

預訂的三晚的家庭豪華房，每晚350+，臨近春節這個價位真的很划算，所以本沒報太大期待，但是入住後簡直太出乎預料：一張大床，一張單人床，我們家兩大兩小住得很寬鬆，衞生間被單床單毛巾等都乾淨潔白，空調製熱超快，滿足了我們冬天出行怕冷的要求。趕上廣州這幾天回南天，空氣潮濕衣服不愛幹，但是賓館提供了洗衣機和烘乾機，簡直太貼心，不然玩這幾天會餿餿的。總之，很不錯哦~
