Service is friendly, and location is close to both the Vanke mall nearby and the plaza of companies up north. A new spa/massage opened right next door, which is very convenient.
Main issue with this hotel is that the entire place reeks of smoke. I woke up with a cough after my first night, and I was constantly nasally congested and having allergy attacks due to the smoke. People smoke indoors in the hotel lobby and in front of the front desk, and just leave their cigarette butts in the ashtrays or even just on the floor. Service was friendly though, and they let me switch rooms after the first night and visit multiple other rooms to see for myself which smelled the least offensive, and they let me move there

This was a very bad check-in experience. The decoration of the room was slightly dark. Because I was staying with a baby, I arranged a room at the end facing the road. It was very noisy during the day and night, especially when a large truck passed by at night. It gave me a headache. I stayed there for a few days. God, the hygiene is really unbelievable to me. The bathroom floor was not mopped. It was done carelessly. I don’t think I will stay here again.
