I delayed for a night to reach Lis Hotel. I presented myself to Receptionist, the Hotel was under renovation and dust could be smelt as we walked along the corridors. The room allocated to me was filthy and untidy with no window for air circulation. I demanded for a different room, but still had similar condition as the first room. When I protested to be given a good room as shown on the online photos. She could not provide and lost temper. But, later, she agreed to give me another room but on additional cost, but I declined to pay extra cost and decided to cancel the bookings. I was only refunded cash for four days (October 15 to October 19, 2023) on Booking ***********. Am still waiting for full refund for the cancelled booking number *********** and ***********.
Please I may be officially informed about my refund.
Note: Please take time to visit some of these listed hotels, they are pathetic and unfit to be listed as Trip.com.
