I came here on a business trip. The hotel front desk was very enthusiastic and the service was thoughtful. They also recommended several fun places, such as Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, Zhengjia Plaza, Xiaoman Yao, and Taikoo Hui, etc. It is very close to the subway station and it is very convenient to go anywhere. I came here for a temporary business trip, so I only went to Beijing Road Pedestrian Street. There were a lot of people and it was very lively. Next time I come to Guangzhou, I will go to the places mentioned by the front desk lady. The conditions of the guest rooms are also very good, and simplicity and Chinese style are well integrated. All the services of the hotel are very satisfactory. If there are any problems, you can call the front desk to solve them well. The service is very thoughtful. A rubbish hotel with outdated facilities. The air conditioner is right next to the window, and the window is not soundproof, so it's so noisy. There are three hair dryers in one room, one in the toilet, one at the bedside, and one at the window. This is not the worst. The worst thing is that each hair dryer shares a switch with a lamp. When the light is turned on, the hair dryer is turned on, and the air conditioner is also whirring. The hair dryer and air conditioner are so noisy that they explode on the spot. I checked in at about 10 o'clock in the evening, and went out to buy food immediately after taking a shower. I didn't realize something was wrong when I went to bed. The socket at the bedside was also loose. I called customer service and they wanted to add 30 yuan to the cleaning fee to change the room. I was not satisfied and wanted me to spend more money. I didn't want to spend a dime here, so I had to bear it. In the end, I just asked for a power ***** to charge. I almost didn't sleep all night, and I won't come again.
