Tenwood Hotel (Beijing Road Pedestrian Street)

Room is clean and front desk is friendly help me order the China food delivery , I always choose this hotel.

Everything is pretty good overall, including facilities, cleanliness and service. The only downside is the room sound insulation is not ideal; noise from the corridor and neighbouring rooms can be heard. Still a worthwhile stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was very convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was well organized and I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you for the great service

The room is super small but is equipped with the necessities like a kettle, a chair a small table, free water, AC, outlet by the bed which is convenient. The bed is comfortable. Cannot say aboutthe projector as I did not use it to watch anything. The bathroom has liquid soap, shampoo, toothbrush, comb, slippers, clean towels and a hairdryer. However, it is small and the shower is separated from the toilet. The hot water and pressure os good. The window opens, but not vertically. There is a kitchen on the 5th floor with a washer and 2 dryers for guests to use. I did not use it. I like the balcony/patio by the kitchen to sit and it is open to the air. There is an elevator. The location is also good.

Very comfortable stay. Worth the price and within a local neighborhood which is very beautiful. Would recommend to stay here solo. Staff speaks Cantonese FYI. Nice balcony to relax and also has a washer+dryer

It is really clean and cosy and cleanliness is really up to par! Reception is helpful and helps to keep parcels well:)

I booked a stay here as a foreigner. As I was leaving, I asked the front desk lady to help me book a taxi and I asked her to help me change the language of Didi to English. In which she responded and said it was not possible and the software only works in Chinese. I responded and told her I had used it in English up until now and changed randomly. She laughed at me in the most disgusting tone and rolled her eyes. And told me she won’t set it up for me. She then followed by saying she didn’t want to help me. I also witnessed her attitude speaking to other Chinese people and it was very rude. She did not care to help anyone regardless of background. Overall, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I won’t recommend for anyone - Chinese or foreigner. 作为一名外国人，我在这家酒店预订了住宿。退房时，我请前台小姐帮我叫辆出租车，并请她帮我将滴滴的语言切换成英语。她回答说这不行，软件只支持中文。我回应说，我之前一直都是用英语操作的，只是偶尔切换一下。她用极其令人作呕的语气嘲笑我，还翻了翻白眼。她告诉我不会帮我设置，接着又说她不想帮我。我还亲眼目睹了她对其他中国人的态度，同样非常粗鲁。无论对方是什么背景，她都不愿提供任何帮助。总体而言，这是我经历过的最差劲的客户服务。我绝不会向任何人推荐这家酒店——无论中国人还是外国人。 T
