酒店是居民自建樓，一樓租給了肯德基，二樓三樓租給了沐足城。設施很舊，衞生一般，前台入住時服務員還掛空檔沒人，要打給攜程客服才找到負責人辦入住，弄了20分鐘。
退房時打給負責人，説“你們把房卡丟在總枱枱麪吧”，暈。
唯一優點是有一個免費停車的車場，車場有監控探頭，不知道是酒店探頭還是沐足城的監控；還有，拿行李時看到沐足城的漂亮妹子。
