I can only contact Ctrip customer service. When Ctrip customer service contacted you, they said to discuss with the manager before replying. Later, two people came up very late. When I knocked on the door, one said there were no children staying next door, and the other said there were, so I was being laughed at. If there were no children, could the sound be that of a ghost? When you said we could change rooms, the children stopped crying and we were tired. Seriously, if it weren't for the poor sound insulation, who would have been able to lie down in the room and get up to change rooms? Wouldn't it be tiring? We didn't fall asleep until four o'clock. At six o'clock, the child crying next door and the sound of water running in the bathroom started again. Fortunately, we were supposed to check out at twelve o'clock, so we rested until two o'clock in the afternoon. For this remedial service, I’ll give you two points for your service. 2. There was a smell as soon as you entered the room, so you could only open the window and turn on the air conditioner to ventilate the room. 3.
