Overall: Decent, cost-effective, livable. 1️⃣Geographical location: For those who are out and about, this location is very convenient to go to any tourist attraction in Guangzhou, the airport, the subway, etc., and there are many takeaways and dine-in restaurants around. 2️⃣The service is very good, the staff is very patient and polite, and the cleaning is also very careful. 3️⃣The room has good sound insulation and ventilation. The air conditioning is very hot and cold. There is no problem with hot water. Hot water is available in one second. 4️⃣ It is relatively safe. The three buildings form a small courtyard, which basically isolates the noise from the street outside. The elevator is only accessible with a room card. The only thing that could be improved is that the sheets and quilt covers are a bit itchy after sleeping, which will be fine after a few more days of sleeping. But all hotels are like this, and those who understand will understand. In addition, the room is a bit old, the safety lock is broken and not installed, the peephole cover is loose, and the room phone is damaged. This is quite important for the safety of customers, and I hope it can be improved.

I was very satisfied with the room after I checked in, and I renewed my reservation. The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were relatively new. Since it was much better than expected, I decided to continue staying here. I chose to stay here for the rest of my stay in Guangzhou.

If you stay during the Spring Festival, the overall price will not increase like other hotels. The room is small but comfortable overall. There are also snacks in the room on the day of check-in. Booked one night and stayed an additional night at the hotel, but only received an invoice for the additional night.

The facilities, sanitation, environment and services are all great. The 100 yuan deposit paid when checking in has not been refunded!

Objective evaluation, during the Spring Festival, the only hotel to maintain a reasonable price. The location is pretty good, one stop past Guangzhou Station. Although you need to change buses to go to some attractions, it is quite convenient. The hotel facilities are very old, like a hotel from 15-20 years ago. The soundproofing is good, except for some noise coming in from the air conditioner. The hotel is not on the roadside, so it can maintain a certain quietness. The environment and hygiene are just acceptable and I don't feel uncomfortable. The hotel breakfast couldn't be simpler and can be ignored.
