Bad review, bad review. I left an old phone on the bedside and forgot to take it. I called customer service two or three times and they said they had looked for it but couldn't find it. They said the cleaning staff had turned the bed over and disassembled it but couldn't find it. Finally, I located the phone and found it in the hotel. I would have found it carefully, but I forgot to take it. Why couldn't they find it even after disassembling the bed? If I hadn't told them that I had located it in the hotel, they wouldn't contact me. In the end, they asked me to pay for it.
