**極其糟糕的前台服務，令人極度失望！**
我在這家酒店的入住體驗簡直可以用糟糕至極來形容，而這一切都要歸咎於後半夜的前台小哥。
首先，他的服務態度極其惡劣。在我提出問題時，他不僅沒有任何幫助的意圖，反而態度冷漠，甚至嘲諷式地裝瘋賣傻。這樣的行為簡直無法讓人相信他聲稱自己有多年的前台工作經驗。從他的表現來看，他完全不具備基本的職業素養和服務意識。

滿意，挺滿意，衞生可以，還有自助洗衣機，這個方便洗衣服，真心不錯哦，推薦大家出差或者旅遊都可以來這邊，樓下很多吃，擺攤的也有，店裡的也有，距離都不遠，在一條路上的，價格也不錯，出差旅遊的必備店啊！！！！

衞生：怎麼説呢衞生還可以，就是空調這個有點味道，一開始進去味道有點怪不過隔一會兒就好了，空調有時候會有響聲有點吵
服務：前台方面還有保潔阿姨的態度都挺好的也很友善
環境：也是挺不錯的這個價位算挺好的了

設施：設定配置一般，我入住的房間隔音很差，當天凌晨1點前隔壁一直有聲音睡不着。
衞生：牆壁上還有紅色的，污漬。酒店沒有毛巾，衹提供了一次性壓縮棉布。

我也算是這裏的常客了，大過年的，遇到了奇葩，老闆你有錢要扶貧，也不能請耳聾聽不懂國語的*******站前台這個位置啊，佔著**的優勢可以叫客人“不住就滾，拍桌子，指着客人罵”，服務行業，請問是誰給的勇氣，“粱靜如”麼？所以建議老闆，錢在多也不要弄這麼個嚇人的東西站前台這個位置了，幸虧是大白天的，要是晚上把客人嚇到了，你還得給驚嚇費，醫葯費
