There is a connecting corridor inside that provides direct access to Chimelong Happy World and Chimelong International Circus. The hotel was designed by the renowned American hotel design team, WATG.
The hotel design team used the prototype of Chimelong Panda triplets as the theme element to create an innovative and vibrant themed resort hotel. The hotel's exterior restores the style of a fairy tale kingdom in cartoons, and the overall building is full of vitality. The interior design of the store features cartoon characters as elements, such as teapot trains, cartoon character sculptures, and photo areas. Each floor is designed with numerous interactive experience installations for children.
Add a "Children's Fun Corridor" and a "VIP Reception Corridor" in the lobby, providing more personalized services such as parent-child classes, children's activity areas, and VIP rest areas.
The animal exhibition area is the finishing touch of the hotel. Strolling through the garden, you can get up close to observe various rare birds and exotic animals such as flamingos, festival tailed lemurs, yellow billed ibises, storks, parrots, peacocks, and feel the magic of nature.

The chimelong safari zoo was awesome.
We got to see the animals really up close inside the car and it was an amazing once in a lifetime experience.
Next up is the Circus which was awesome too!
It is a must watch.
The bird park was quite disappointing and the facilities look old.
Lastly, the hotel room was good. The kids love the design of the room.
Hotel buffet breakfast selection was amazing but there was a lot of people as we went during the school holiday.
Overall, we enjoyed the trip.

We stayed in the Prince Family themed room and everything was great! The customer service at the Panda Hotel is great! They installed a guardrail for the little one immediately upon request. There were 2 bath towels in the bathroom, but we were 4 people. Upon calling the front desk, they immediately provided additional amenities and even extra water bottles. Upon check in, the associate at the desk told us that the breakfast buffet is open daily from 7AM to 11AM, however when we got there at 10AM, the buffet was in the middle of being closed. This was upsetting as the kids had just sat down to eat and all the buffet items were removed. The sign outside the restaurant also listed the breakfast end time to be 11AM. We went to the front desk and complained right away, to which the manager apologized and told us that there was a misunderstanding and that the end time is actually 10AM. She offered a discount on the dinner buffet and a VIP shuttle to the Safari Park, which was not bad. Overall, it was a great trip and the kids enjoyed and did not want to leave. The little details of everything being catered towards children is what really made the difference. From the drinking cups, to the dental kits, to the bathrobes and slippers to the baby toilet seat on all the hotel toilets. We will definitely come back to the hotel in the future.

Service was excellent. Rooms were quite compact but clean.
Felt like there could have been more facilities for children onsite. The small play center could be easily made bigger
