Hanting Hotel（Guangzhou Panyu Changlong Zhongcun）

The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The front desk staff was friendly, provided excellent service, and offered appropriate assistance. However, the breakfast area was small, lacking sufficient tables and chairs, and the food selection was limited and replenished slowly.

Newly renovated, the room is large and clean. It is really cost-effective to live in such a good room in Guangzhou. The breakfast is also very good and can provide takeaway service.

The hotel is very new, with complete facilities and equipment. The rooms are spacious, clean and tidy. The waiters are very enthusiastic. There is self-service coffee, milk and flower tea in the lobby. The takeaway is delivered to the door in person because the small robot is too late to deliver it in time. The service is very considerate. It is worth choosing for business, family and friends traveling together.

My first hotel review is dedicated to Hanting. I've booked Hanting several times in the past, all with good experiences, so I chose Hanting again this time, only to be deeply disappointed... First, the three of us booked a family room, with a large window and a small bed. They still only provided two toothbrushes and slippers by default, and we had to ask the front desk for a third set. Shouldn't that be provided according to the room type? Second, the room's soundproofing was terrible, and the layout was abysmal. Of the large windows, only one could open... The single bed was directly facing the TV, while the large bed was placed by the window. The guest sleeping on the large bed against the wall clearly couldn't see the TV comfortably. Overall, everyone slept terribly. Third, within an hour of entering the room, I developed an allergic reaction, breaking out in a rash and itching all over my body, which led to a 2:00 AM emergency room visit. I'm speechless (or perhaps it's just my own health issues). It was just bad luck... A truly terrible stay. That's all.
