這次入住徹底被圈粉了！從進門時前台小姐姐的笑容，到房間每個角落的精緻細節，完全對得起性價比～尤其是思琦經理的服務超級nice，之前在公主我發的視頻收穫幾萬贊，這次在Y酒店再次遇到思琦，很開心，安全感滿滿的度假體驗太難得啦！
[氣球R]要注意不是Yin酒店，是Y酒店，很容易混淆！Yin酒店就在Y酒店100米左右，Yin也去看了，整體更喜歡Y，因為調性更年輕活力，更放鬆一些，有法國南部與西班牙那種度假感！Yin稍微老持成重一點！另外神馬公主酒店、國王酒店都屬於中旅開發的，那種比較傳統的歐式，適合純遊客路線，對設計有一定要求的住客，Y酒店是個不錯的選擇。
對於入住時間，其實真的要給予充分理解和配合，我是在前台臨時訂房的，其實要等很久我也能理解，而且我要求也高要陽台要房間大要全身鏡。思琦完全不慌亂，沒有全部滿足需求的房間，她幫我安排的也很滿意，幫我安排了出門就是大露台的位置，超大露台有户外桌椅也很愜意，雖然是公共區域但也很安靜。從別處幫我借來全身鏡放在房間，很感動，這就是效率和用心。服務態度也決定了酒店的質感，所以我覺得如果沒有房間或者要等很久不妨跟思琦説説你的需求，也許有更好的解決方式哈！
[兩顆心R]Y處於小鎮比較中心的位置，去哪兒都非常方便。整體入住體驗還是不錯的，房間很舒服，風格是我非常喜歡的。

房間空間很夠，親子超友好，送了好多東西給小朋友，前台小姐姐們態度也很好，小朋友超開心的！零食和minibar也都是免費的呢，早餐就在樓下y lake餐廳，半自助，點的東西不算很多種類不過味道可以的，下次來還會住這裏

來一箇中肯評價，總體感覺配不上價格，大部分溢價是為周邊小鎮及九龍湖景觀環境買單，理論上酒店是不會再去的水平。
先説説不好的：
1.服務是最大問題，估計人手不夠，節假日送東西以及回覆消息速度特別慢，管家存在的功能可能就是已讀不回。特別是前台一個有眼線的男生真的服務態度好差。首先，訂房後沒人主動聯繫我提供酒店導航和報備車牌，第一次打電話是一個男生接電話，冷冷地添加了我的微信就不回我了。第二次的我再主動打電話過去，才有人回覆我微信。
2.晚上我們找前台要他們所謂特色服務體驗中的睡眠芳香套組，前台眼線男冷冷地説:哦那你得在微信上説下，我怕我們疏忽。敢情您大爺拿支筆記下都不行。隨後我們在微信和管家説後，等一小時後才回復我們説沒有了！這個服務體驗真的特別差！
3.浴缸放水的水龍頭整個桿子都在搖晃，不知道是特色還是沒裝好。
4.隔音真的很差。外面走廊有人説話或者阿姨打掃聲聽的很清楚，晚上臨睡前會聽到樓上小孩咚咚咚跑。這個也發微信讓管家幫忙提醒，但也沒有回覆🙂
好的方面也比較突出，硬件比較新，空調不錯，裝修確實花了很多心思，但細節不夠。另外早餐做的可以，y lake 的服務很贊。

酒店環境設計風格很不錯，衞生很乾凈！早餐是點餐形式很高級也好吃！唯一不足的地方就是前台的一位女工作人員 入住沒有詳細介紹酒店服務也沒有説可以添加管家微信 很快速的辦入住 一點都不專業，在房間打電話到前台半小時沒人接！服務這塊必須加強管理一下！男服務生很有禮貌 進進出出都會打招呼！

非常高興選擇了貴酒店度過這次旅程，整體體驗遠超預期，必須給予五星好評！房間會配有Mini Bar 飲品小食以及零食很貼心，衞生間乾淨整潔，乾濕分離合理，露迦徒洗浴用品品質很不錯；酒店整體的清潔衞生狀況令人非常滿意，推薦大家過來遊玩～最後最後Nisa小姐姐服務很好、很有耐心的回覆我諮詢的問題。

想找一個地方遛娃，選了阿那亞的y hotel，真的很適合！備註了之後主動送上了小童浴盆，拖鞋，浴袍，洗漱用品還有小零食！還有晚安牛奶和繪本，比五星級酒店還周到！而且酒店就在小鎮裏面，逛吃很方便，園區也越來越完善，有班車送去觀景平台看日落。酒店住客可以去隔壁公主酒店游泳池游泳，孩子好開心！
