Biu Hotel

Poor hygiene. Lots and lots of mosquitoes/midges. The bed didn't look like it had been changed. The system is in chaos. The staff at the door are very friendly and often helpful. The ladies in the restaurant are all very friendly. But I probably won't go again

It's relatively new and the hygiene is OK, but the parking lot is blocked and charged every time you enter and exit. It takes several communications to open it. The customer service asks the same question again every time, which makes the experience feel average.

The service needs to be improved: the wife's password was not marked and the correct password was not provided in time, the license plate was not entered in time, resulting in congestion at the exit, I had applied for a late check-out when I checked in, but the customer called me at 12 o'clock the next day and their attitude was impatient! The charging standards and service experience do not match!

Generally, the price of five stars, the quality of three stars, and there is nothing to eat for breakfast

The hotel service is considerate and thoughtful, and the front desk is warm and efficient. The rooms are spacious and bright, with smart and modern facilities and soft and comfortable bedding. The bathroom is spotless and every detail is well thought out. The breakfast has a rich variety and the ingredients are fresh and delicious. The location is excellent and the transportation is convenient. The overall experience exceeded expectations. Highly recommended!

服務挺好，人都挺熱情。早餐挺好看的，但有點油膩，再配片麪包就完美了。 但是，新酒店，裝修味道特別重，薰得有點難受，衹有開窗睡，結果蚊子🦟狂多，沒有紗窗沒有滅蚊器，打死兩衹還有，被叮好幾個胞，萬般無奈之下，衹有關窗，再仔細搜尋打死一衹。把空調調到16度高風，因為設20度以上都會温感到了自動停，以此時刻保持有風，廁所排氣扇打開，形成一個循環，裝修味才沒那麼重，才不至於被薰得頭暈，搞不懂為啥這空調開送風卻不來風。 搞完這一套凌晨2點，裹着被子，再毛巾裹頭防冷風勉強睡了四五個小時，也是慘……
