Location is about 10 mins walk to Beijing Road. However, do note that the location tag for Didi is at the side of the building and the driver will not drop you in front of the building. Stay was ok, breakfast was basic. However we found a baby roach in the room on our second night and the rubber of the fridge came off..

I'm glad that we ended up booking this hotel for our recent trip. We enjoyed our 8nights stay here. We booked a family room, the best thing was the beds can be joined. The room and toilet is spacious, smart toilet bowl with bidet. Staffs are friendly and helpful, even help us with the laundry. Breakfast not much of variety but is good for us. They accept taobao parcels on behalf as well. The location is really good, very near to MRT (1 min walk) and mall with nice food. Near to 7-11 and some restaurants. A 8 to 10min walks to Beijing Pedestrian Street. However, nearby MRT doesn't have escalator or elevator, we have to carry the stroller all the way up and down. For hotel elevator, we avoid using it during peak hours to avoid long queue. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definately come back again.

Location is very good. Gongyuanqian Metro “B Exit” come up is the hotel but currently Exit B is undergoing renovation, so if you are carrying luggage, suggest to come up from Exit C and make a u-turn to cross the road to the hotel. I have to admit it is super super near to the hotel from the metro exit n walking distance to Beijing Pedestrian Walk and several shopping malls nearby.
Breakfast so so (see photo for choice of selection), can give a miss as there are better breakfast in Guangzhou.
Enjoy the “Xiao Du”voice control system to manage the curtain and lighting system (Highly tech room). Also not forgetting the robot that deliver our Mei Tuan Food Delivery to our room. Hotel staff is helpfully to program his mobile for my app so that I can use the delivery app.
Didi is so cheap and usually cost around SGD3-5 dollars and even if it is going to far away place, the most we paid is less around $10. Can you imagine traveling distance by Didi for 15km only cost SGD4-5? Hence in China, don’t worry where you need to stay as you can reach the venue easily thru Didi riding app.
Hotel has welcome fruit and unlimited can of soft drink (eg coke) for you to consume. Huge washing machine with auto dispenser of detergent and dryer as well, all can wash n dry yr clothes within an hour. So you need not prepare alot of clothes as you can wash it everyday and dry it within the same day using the dryer. Only downside is the gym is very small without treadmill.
Tv programme is limited and the hotel internet forbid YouTube, Facebook, TikTok etc, so buy a cheap SIM card before you arrive in China.
Bed and pillow are comfortable, toothbrush and toothpaste is supplied daily. Room are huge and very clean. Lastly must thank “Ming Chuan” 明川 for getting our room clean up, thank for your help as well for re-programme our access card when we are denied entry. You have made our stay feel welcome and definitely we will choose this hotel again if we are back to Guangzhou again.

Very clean , comfortable room. Housekeeping and front desk reception were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. The smart toilet was an excellent plus point . Location of hotel is very convenient and close to subway, and easily access most attractions.Highly recommend this hotel. We would stay here again.

Hotel is new and clean. Breakfast is decent. Customer service is excellent! Location of hotel is great. Only cons are sharing of the lift with other users of the building and no proper drop off area for taxi/private hirer.

Foreign tourists, please avoid this hotel!
On the first day, the hotel staff asked us to scan their WeChat account, which I did. I even used it to ask how to connect to the Wi-Fi so they clearly had a way to contact me.
Then on the 3rd day, we returned to the hotel around 11 PM, and the staff suddenly told us we had to move to another hotel immediately. They claimed that police would come the next morning, and said there's a policy that foreign tourists can't stay at hotels on this street. We were shocked this was never mentioned when we booked, and they didn't inform us through WeChat or in person earlier.
We were forced to pack and move without proper notice. This was extremely stressful and unprofessional.
After we moved to the apartment, we went out again, and when we came back, we found that someone had entered our room and placed a gift without our permission….

Pros:
1. Relatively new hotel hence things are rather clean and new.
2. The staff are rather friendly and they give out a lot of gifts, e.g. fruits, unlimited soft drinks, makeup remover wipes
3. Location is near to shopping mall and metro station
Cons:
1. If you prefer Didi rather than taking a metro like me, then the location wasn't good as the area is so busy and there's no place for the driver to park
2. Worst thing ever happened to me after so many times visiting China, the hotel staff knock on our door on the last night of our stay, saying that they don't have the license to accept foreigners and asked me to change hotel or check out early.. for me this is really unacceptable. Wiped out all the pros that I have mentioned earlier
3. Not to mention the hotel is in an office building so it is extremely busy during the day and you will need to spend a lot of time waiting for the lift.
4. 1 day after clean the room, they just throw the blanket at the side and take out my room key which I purposely left in the room.
Not sure if all these still matters anymore since they no longer accept foreign visitors.
