住過好多民宿酒店，但是這家是很少見的用黑色木地板，也是我見過唯一一家用床罩，拍照也很好看，風格太高級了！而且我發現了每天水果色系都不一樣哦！園區兩家民宿都住過，這家有水果！而且冰箱飲料也更好喝（有啤酒🍺🍺）一樓有一個小花園，對比上次來更熱鬧了，開了很漂亮的花～傍晚露台能拍到很好看的夕陽，前台的糖果和餅乾很好吃，但是i人每次想拿都偷感好足😂還有一個細節，上次把行李寄放在前台，回去發現袋子有一瓶護手霜，這次臨走前小哥哥又送了一瓶才反應過來！今天兩個小哥哥一起幫我們抬行李，謝謝周峻德小哥哥！

整體服務很滿意。工作人員人很細心，因為臨街，晚上會有點炒。建議迷你吧的東西可以種類在多一點。衹有啤酒牛奶。房間沒有配備音響。氛圍感會差一點點。整體設計風格喜歡，有三個陽台很適合拍照。公共區域設計也很舒適，有特點。

「我的真實體驗分享！！」在廣州棟樑之家住了好多次！必須認真誇一誇！
先説環境！他們家的設計是真戳我心窩子！每個房型都像開盲盒一樣有驚喜，光線特別好！一樓買手店的裝修每次來都要拍幾十張照片，隨便拍拍都像雜誌大片！重點要誇服務，真不是那種假客套，就像回親戚家一樣自在！
必須點名感謝幾位神仙員工：
1️⃣ 周峻德小哥——人有力話不多！我們幾個女生每次扛着大包小包像搬家一樣，他二話不説就扛起行李來回跑，從入住到退房全程幫我們搬上搬下（真的超多超重！），還總是笑呵呵的沒半點不耐煩。
2️⃣ 邱秋榮大姐——房間衞生太讓人安心了！有次換房發現她連化粧棉的碎屑都收拾得乾乾淨淨，洗漱用品和水永遠都是提前補滿，巨貼心！
3️⃣ 前台三朵金花（曾穎懿、黎永玲、龔志玲）——我們經常在大廳辦公，她們添茶倒水比朋友還勤快！有次東西堆成山了還幫我們搭把手，現在連我們愛喝什麼茶都記住了！
4️⃣ 黃嘉俊小哥——退房那天他值班，本來等着朋友車來接我們，因為五一堵車延誤了，導致退房不及時，他特意讓我們晚退房一些，還帶我們把所有房型參觀了個遍，講得比房產中介還詳細，最後我們直接續住啦！
住過那麼多五星級酒店，棟樑之家是唯一讓我想反覆入住的。不是説多豪華，就是這種被當家人照顧的感覺，每次來都像回廣州的第二個家。要是所有酒店服務都能這麼走心就好了！已經推薦我的朋友朋友們來打卡啦！

這個低端民宿簡直刷新了我認知的底線，體驗可謂是糟糕透頂，本來想寫一些建議呢還是算了，你們自己都不在乎**心個什麼呢？
洗護是大瓶而且可以打開，澡堂子共享洗護？反正我不敢用，房間除了一間賓館的最基本配置外其他一律沒有，雜牌床墊硬的跟鐵板一樣，睡一晚腰痠背痛，配的洗漱用品淘寶9.9七件套這操作也是絕了。服務：沒有這種東西，入住前沒有提前聯繫，外牆在施工我繞了兩圈才找到，前台全程沒禮貌冷着臉，辦入住的時候就站着等着連杯水都沒有，我恍惚以為我來到了某個招待所？反映個問題半天沒回復下去一看聚在前台聊天正開心呢。
所以我都不敢奢求什麼歡迎水果，下午茶，晚安甜湯、離店伴手禮、開夜床了，統統沒有。更好笑的是連早餐都沒有，對的你沒有看錯，我這個房間1500定的，確是250塊不如的水平，我用這個價格可以住瑰麗去了，真的是可以用荒謬來形容。
每一個謝柯和尚壹揚設計的民宿和酒店項目我都去住過。都不説更好的了，同樣的價位：夕上虎跑、夕上雙廊、大吉、既下山重慶 、七栩礁石、木夕大里…我隨便説幾個都可以把你們秒得渣都不剩….
退房的時候前台有個戴眼鏡自稱負責人的男的主動問有沒有需要改進的地方，我説除了室內設計其他需要改進的太多了，結果遭到反嗆 大概意思就是我不是他老闆沒資格這麼説。我：？？？？這不是你主動問的嗎😓 真的看到這副嘴臉我已經最大最大限度忍住沒有發火了
謝柯老師也是我們幾個民宿項目的設計師，這次看到他的作品被運營的如此之差，可以説是被糟蹋成這樣，我下意識歎了口氣。
總結：爛！而且還是非常業餘的刻入骨髓的爛，做住宿可不是你們這種做法，真的別把消費者當**。要我説別開店了真的，留着你們老闆和公司內部接待自己住吧 別拿出來嚯嚯大家。
花1500買罪受，花1500看臉色，花1500感受傲慢和怠慢。廣州阿那亞棟樑之家：比低端民宿更像招待所、***中的戰鬥機。

最主要還是裝修風格 搭配 調性高. 沒得挑剔. 每一處落到細節裏 . 房間 餐廳 大堂 走廊 每一處都很出片 .
早餐雖然是 固定選擇搭配 但也非常豐富 都很好吃…
服務很專業 前台小哥哥小姐姐 顏值高 親和力💯 .
夜晚有開床服務..
早到了 提前入住 靈活性 贊 ～
還有什麼 .. 哈哈 喜歡的就會帶濾鏡 但真的很不錯 .
下次還要去住咯 … 因為不用磨合 剛好一切都是喜歡的樣子 才選擇的

超級棒，酒店很美麗，拍照📷很很出片，房間落地窗拍照絕了，買個角落拍照都很出片！走廊和電梯🛗都是很機位！前台小哥哥小姐姐服務超級好，夜裡二點多發訊息給管家都是秒回！😆早餐非常好吃還很精美，主打一個精緻！離店還送了伴手禮護手霜非常貼心！服務質量和酒店風格和價格是相匹配的，非常值得體驗，這次入住的很開心😃
