The place is value for money. I was surprised by the afternoon tea set which exceeds my expectations and it’s free of charge. The breakfast is also great as they have a good chef. In fact, we had our lunch there after checking in. After lunch, we decided to have dinner there as well for the food is really delicious.

我很少這麼認真且迫切地寫評價，儘量客觀：
好的：
· 房間很大，很乾凈，很新，裝修漂亮
· 床品舒適度還可以，空調很足
· 環境很好，旁邊就是稻田，餐廳看田間日落很美。稻田間騎單車很爽
· 有籃球場
· 位置方便，離森林海和白水寨都是五分鐘車程
· 走的時候送了荔枝
· 庭院房的泡池不限制水量（有的酒店衹限一池水）
· 餐廳的飯菜味道還可以，但比外面餐廳貴
· 停車方便，車位足（雖然沒有劃停車位都是亂停）
不好的：
· 早餐衹到9點30，見仁見智，我個人覺得應該到10點，畢竟我是來度假的。
· 枕頭太高，沒有其他枕頭可選，睡矮枕頭的衹能墊毛巾
· 到達後無任何人員和指示牌指引停車，停得亂七八糟
· 沒人幫忙拿行李，連問都沒問過
· 前台辦理入住後無任何指引和引導，就指了一下方向讓我自己去房間，沒有介紹早餐怎麼吃下午茶怎麼領取（我以為是自助的，結果不是的），沒有介紹店內設施和活動，都是我想起來問的，問一句答一句。一般來説應該是做一個文檔或者筆記，發到微信服務羣內的
· 我提前在微信的點好的晚餐，我寫了要三碗米飯，到了酒店餐廳落座後，衹有廚房的阿姨出來服務，阿姨什麼都不知道，直接給我上人頭飯5碗，然後那一小盆米飯，要我10塊錢（圖5）。
· 客服的溝通可以説是跟“貼心”“温馨”“賓至如歸”“周到”“温暖”這些詞完全相反。服務態度刻板生硬，前台人員操作熟練度低，更別説笑容了
· 庭院房的私密性低，門口隨便停車，人來人往。記得確保鎖好庭院的門，不然不知道誰趁你上廁所開了你的門，也無f可説
· 非常周到地在12點04分提醒你準時退房，不然會加收30塊錢一小時。這樣的情商是少見的。
總體來説，環境配得上精品民宿，但是對服務的預期要拉低，服務是配不上精品民宿的。

我們在此度過了一個寧靜的週末。民宿位於白水寨景區旁，深秋時節周邊環境清幽，很適合放鬆。房間收拾得乾淨整潔，床品舒適，晚上休息得很好。工作人員態度親切，有問必答。
整體印象很好，作為遊覽白水寨的住宿選擇是稱職的，推薦給追求安靜的遊客。

位置很好，正對着白水寨瀑布，一大片水稻田，陽光燦爛，空氣清新。附近可以研學，割水稻，挖紅薯，摘柿子，砍甘蔗。
房間很大。從窗户就能看到美麗的風景。
服務特別好，餐廳的食物可口。
一樓的庭院可以盪鞦韆，喝茶。

民宿位於風景如畫的白水寨，環境非常優美。房間的窗外正對着瀑布，景色迷人。房間明亮寬敞，床很舒適，還有可以泡温泉水的浴缸。酒店工作人員非常友好、熱情又細心。可以免費使用自行車，到附近的地方騎行。早餐是中式的，粥很好喝。
我們的住宿包含騎馬體驗和下午茶，非常滿意這次入住。下次一定要在陽光明媚的日子再來，享受這裏的泳池。謝謝你們😘❤️

每個房間設計都各有特色，我們住的這個房間空間超大，整面的落地窗將美景盡收眼底，房間裏的泡池放出來的是真硫磺温泉，而且在房間裏面就能泡，不怕上水下水的時候冷，房間裏還配備了小童浴袍和一整套洗漱用品，驚喜又貼心🥰
