Our stay at this serviced apartment was fantastic! It offers exceptional value for money, with high-quality rooms and a prime location near Sunac, the indoor snow complex. It was incredibly convenient for our ski trip, making it a great choice for anyone planning to hit the slopes.
The staff were a highlight—extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. Their warm hospitality really enhanced our experience.
The only drawback was the ongoing construction in front of the property, which made it a bit difficult to locate for first-time visitors. However, once we found it, everything else was seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient ski trip base!

This is a steal! Such a nice new smart hotel! I was a bit worried about smoke 🚬 smell as in China people smoked indoor and the smell will remain in the room…
Luckily wasn’t the case when I was there, very clean, very new, toilet was nice with nice shampoo, conditioner, shower foam and all smells good. They also have slippers, staff are nice, and they provide simple breakfast which you must eat. I’m usually not a bread person but their breads are so delicious!
Location: it’s directly opposite the Sunac Mall, I’m here to snowboard so it’s perfect!

Amazing service and Amazingly clean.
When I was reading the reviews during my search of this place, there were suspiciously lots of comments about how clean it was. After 2 nights at Journee, I have to say the same thing. Great location, Excellent housekeeping service! Amazingly helpful and friendly staff! Breakfast was great with exceptionally good coffee!
I would definitely book again when I come back.
Tips: Use Wechat (won't hurt you to download and use it) to directly communicate with the front desk, ask for rooms on the other side of the road construction to avoid noise, breakfast might be too small for some people but there are plenty places nearby to get what you want in the morning.
